Cadascuna de les receptes inclou un text narratiu de Francesc Murgadas, també integrat en El Suplement On Road, en què s'esplaia lúdicament sobre el producte en qu?estió, i també una cita de personatges de renom relacionada amb el producte. Hi ha receptes del safrà de la Conca, de l'arròs de Pals, de la poma golden de Girona, de l'ostra del Delta o dels cigrons de Prats de Rei. Algunes de les receptes són dels cuiners que han aparegut al programa.
