K. P. Aquesta edició de la Poesia completa de Kavafis, dividida en dos volums, aplega els poemes canònics, els poemes refusats, els poemes reservats, els poemes inacabats i els poemes en prosa, així com unes notes explicatives de la majoria dels poemes. A Poesia completa II, s'hi troben la totalitat dels poemes refusats, reservats, inacabats i en prosa, amb les seves notes corresponents.
