El Diccionario de locuciones verbales para la enseñanza del español está destinado a los estudiantes de E/LE y a los profesores que les imparten docencia, aunque también puede ser utilizado por los usuarios habituales de diccionarios. Recoge 1.942 locuciones equivalentes a un verbo o a un sintagma verbal. La segunda parte de la obra incluye nueve apéndices donde se registran las locuciones ordenadas según distintas características, en concreto por el nivel de enseñanza en E/LE, por el registro de uso, por su pertenencia a un campo conceptual, por las relaciones de sinonimia y antonimia y por el sustantivo clave de la locución. Los apéndices están orientados a la preparación material didáctico para trabajar las locuciones verbales en el aula.
