Si parlem del món de l’esport, hem de dir que les dones també van trobar tota mena d’obstacles per practicar-ne lliurement. Així, doncs, la incorporació de la dona a la pràctica esportiva no va ser fàcil, però, malgrat totes les dificultats, moltes l’utilitzaren com a via d’alliberament. Van ser, en definitiva, autèntiques pioneres de l’esport femení.
