Jo mateix, per tal d’ordenar-me, feia molt temps que volia recuperar i redescobrir aquelles primeres fotografies relacionades amb els anys setanta, la meva joventut, abans que m’impliqués plenament en el fotoperiodisme musical. Una bona part del contingut d’aquest llibre també va conformar l’exposició Amateur que vaig fer al Celler de Can Ginestar de Sant Just Desvern, l’any 2019, però també hi apareixen imatges inèdites. Són petites col·leccions i fotos d’un caràcter més intimista i personal. Són memòria d’uns anys excepcionals que vàrem viure." (Francesc Fàbregas)
