En el límite del desierto, allí donde no hace tanto calor, viven los ratones del desierto. Con sus afilados dientecitos mordisquean los cactus y beben el agua de lluvia que se almacena dentro de ellos. Pero hace tanto tiempo que no llueve que los cactus se están secando, y ya casi no queda agua. Los ratones tienen que abandonar su hogar y migrar, en busca de agua para poder vivir.
