Ha passat la pandèmia i la Paula i l’Ernestina decideixen llogar el quarto de convidats. Comença el càsting: desfilen una pastissera de wedding-planner, una comptable amb el cor trencat, una noia reprimida per un nòvio de dretes i una estudiant de cirurgia que els recorda que ja no tenen edat de compartir pis. Els candidats acabaran tots escaldats, però elles hauran trobat el passatemps definitiu.
