Per ser referents cal haver vençut pors i febleses. Per fomentar la creativitat cal entusiasme. Teresa Terrades i Maria Batet s'aturen i pensen en la professió, en el que els agrada i el que no, en el que els preocupa i el que els il·lusiona.
