Els iris són uns petits animals nocturns que habiten generalment en comunitat als afores dels pobles d'alta muntanya. El seu cos és allargat, cobert d'un pelatge dens i suau que ofereix distintes tonalitats segons l'edat. Però... què són realment els iris? Un text poètic i evocador que ens anirà posant llum sobre què són els iris, amb les poderoses il·lustracions de Zuzanna Celej. A partir d'aquest text inèdit de Ramon Besora, Miquel Obiols va escriure set històries que van ser il·lustrades per Carme Solé. Aquest projecte va rebre el premi Critici in Erba a la Fira de Bolonya l'any 1992.
