«Autoestop» és una història desbaratada, una aventura plena d’humor i situacions hilarants que transcorre dins d’un automòbil on es van incorporant passatgers ben peculiars. Un text rimat presenta a un surfista que es prepara per anar a la platja amb la seva planxa de surf. El resultat d’aquesta obra de Guilherme Karsten és un relat acumulatiu, amb molt de ritme i sonoritat, i amb un plantejament circular que culmina en un final sorprenent i obert. La proposta gràfica, que transcorre de forma lineal, destaca por el colorit de les escenes i els contrastos cromàtics en el marc d’una estètica urbana, alegre i fresca.
