Arriba l'estiu i l'Elvis se sent emocionat perquè sap que podrà passar-lo amb en Boris. Els dos amics tindran tot el temps del món per a jugar, parlar i interrogar-se sobre el sentit de la vida. Però un contratemps espatlla els plans de l'Elvis. En Boris és becat per la famosa escola Bretània per seguir un curs d'estiu per nens superdotats. Amb en Boris internat al Bretània, l'Elvis es mor d'avorriment i enyorança. Quan intenta posar-se en contacte amb el seu amic, l'Elvis se n'adona que alguna cosa no va bé: en Boris passa completament d'ell. L'Elvis pren una determinació: sigui com sigui, ingressarà a l'escola per superdotats i rescatarà en Boris. I l'aventura no ha fet més que començar!
