    Lucas Pérez, licenciado en Ciencias Económicas por la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, fue fotógrafo del torero Jesús Millán de 1996 a 2001, cuando entró en la redacción del portal líder de información taurina www.mundotoro.com. En 2004 pasó a la sección de Toros del diario El Mundo y en la actualidad es redactor de Cultura/Toros en dicho periódico. También ha colaborado con la revista Aplausos.
