Los amigos de la Ilustracio´n asisten tristes e impotentes a su muerte. Pero au´n les queda un recurso: pedirle a Asclepio, el me´dico divino, que recete alguna po´cima para la pronta recuperacio´n de la enferma. No va a ser fa´cil, cincuenta an~os de postmodernidad no pasan en balde, pero el tratamiento es prometedor. La Ilustracio´n necesita nuevos relatos que sanen sus heridas y que le ayuden a recuperar la ilusio´n en que todavi´a queda mucho futuro para nuestra libertad, igualdad y fraternidad.
