El hecho de que las imágenes originales se hayan codificado a través del tiempo hasta llegar a identificarse de forma absoluta con los valores del proyecto según la historiografía moderna, es precisamente lo que permite a los profesores y alumnos de Zaragoza utilizar esta casa como punto de partida para una serie de especulaciones sobre el presente. La idea es clara: aplicar el filtro de lo contemporáneo, de una cultura visual que los alumnos pueden legítimamente reclamar como suya, para producir una nueva lectura del canon moderno.
