Barcelona 1-10 és un llibre per aprendre a comptar amb elements característics de la ciutat de Barcelona, com per exemple: L'estàtua de Colom, les esglésies i catedrals més emblemàtiques, els edicificis modernistes, les torres i hotels més destacats, les estàtues d'animals que podem trobar, els mitjans de transport que pots utilitzar a la ciutat... El llibre il·lustrat i a tot color, reprodueix les siluetes de tots aquests elements importants de la ciutat per a què els nens aprenguin els números identificant-los amb una realitat que ells coneixen de prop. A banda de les imatges hi ha una sèrie de preguntes o qüestions sobre aquestes il·lustracions. Del tipus: Quins animals hi ha? Quants campanars té cada església? Quins transports has utilitzat?... El text està escrit en tres idiomes diferents, català, castellà i anglès.
