Jugadores i directius, massatgistes, empleats, aficionats anònims i altres de ben singulars, històries col·lectives i anècdotes personals, celebració i drama, les circumstàncies polítiques i socials i l'ambient de tota una época conflueixen per oferir-nos una visió global d'un temps en blanc i negre, d'un passat en què el FC Barcelona tenia una estructura més modesta i familiar, però ja es preparava per arribar a ser un dia el millor club del món. La visió ens la donen Xavier Valls i la seva càmera fotográfica. Una càmera de les d'abans que retrata una época que ja no existeix i que aquest llibre farà que perduri en el record. Un Barça en blanc i negre, però tenyit ara i sempre amb els colors del sentiment blau i grana.
