Aquest recull d'epigrames, és a dir, poemes breus de to satíric, pren com a títol l?antic nom de la ciutat lacetana de Telobis (l?actual Martorell, on resideix el poeta). L?obra presenta una gran unitat formal: 64 poemes, tots constituïts per una sola estrofa de vuit versos hexasíl·labs. Temàticament, els poemes estan aplegats en 6 parts, que glossen aspectes que van des de la mateixa escriptura (?Almenys sí que són breus?), passant per la condició humana (?Home sóc?), la vida a la ciutat (?De Telobis?), els conflictes lingu776;ístics (?Et diré un secret?), les relacions home-dona (?El que cal amagar?) i el sentit de la vida (?Fer camí?).
En tots aquests poemes destaca l?habilitat de l?autor per encabir en vuit versos un pensament complet on la fina ironia no està exempta de subtilitat lírica.
Epigrames de Telobis va guanyar el premi de poesia Narcís Lunes i Boloix 2016, convocat per l'Ajuntament de Sant Vicenç dels Horts.
