Este es el caso de Samir Amin, quien lejos de proyectar una mirada nostálgica hacia el pasado, identifica los errores y flaquezas de aquella construcción, las tentativas de reformarla y el fracaso de estas reformas, lo que condujo a la restauración de capitalismo. Y, sin esconder las sombras, señala también las luces que acompañaron a aquel gran primer proyecto socialista.
