No abordamos tanto las políticas que para las universidades diseñaron las dictaduras, sino las que en la universidad practicaron los universitarios. Las universidades tuvieron entonces un funcionamiento normalizado, formas de hacer universidad y cultura académica, que, con el tiempo, cada país ha debido metabolizar.
