Qatar té tots els punts per convertir-se en la joia de la corona del món àrab i els seus governants ?autoritaris? ja tenen un full de ruta per aconseguir-ho. El país ofereix una imatge moderna, organitzant el Mundial de Futbol de 2022 o fent grans inversions en educació i cultura, però Qatar també té una cara oculta...
Món Sanromà Moncunill (Igualada, 1986) és periodista i té un Màster en Relacions Internacionals, Seguretat i Desenvolupament. Entre els anys 2009, 2010 i 2011 va treballar per a una línia aèria a Qatar, cosa que li va permetre escriure aquest llibre i viatjar per tot el món. Entre altres llocs, també ha treballat al diari Regió 7, a Televisió de Catalunya i a l?Institut Català Internacional per la Pau.
