Xavier Moret recibió una invitación para participar en un taller literario en Hong Kong. Aprovechó la oportunidad y, durante dos meses, recorrió la trastienda de la antigua colonia. Se adentró en las inquietantes Chungking Mansions. Disfrutó de tés servidos con toda la pompa británica y degustó la tradición china, sublimada en los deliciosos "dim sums".
