Francisco Javier Irazoki (Lesaka, Navarra, 1954) fue periodista musical en Madrid. Formó parte de CLOC, grupo de escritores surrealistas. Desde 1993 reside en París, donde ha cursado estudios musicales: Armonía y Composición, Historia de la Música, etc. Cielos segados (Universidad del País Vasco, 1992) recopiló toda su poesía hasta 1990: Árgoma (1976-1980), Desiertos para Hades (1982-1988) y La miniatura infinita (1989-1990). Hiperión le publicó en 2006 el libro de poemas en prosa Los hombres intermitentes, y en 2009 La nota rota, semblanzas de músicos de épocas muy variadas. Irazoki escribe su columna Radio París en El Cultural, suplemento del diario El Mundo.
