Los famosos astronautas Castrop y Rauxel tenían una malvada misión dirigida por el maligno Octopus: robar a los ratones de Marte sus preciadas flores de color cobalto. La nave espacial Andromedar SR1 les conducía al planeta marciano. Pero? una sobredosis de Píldoras del Valor, las carcajadas de los ratones extraterrestres, el colapso del malhumorado Organillo y la trampa de los nueve paquetes de regalo con pepinillos en vinagre causaron la ruina del villano de ocho brazos.
Publicada por primera vez en 1970 e inédita en castellano hasta este momento, la historia de Andromedar SR1 fue escrita por Martin Ripkens y Hans Stempel, e ilustrada por el célebre diseñador checo Heinz Edelmann.
