Hay rechazo a aceptar que los sistemas socioeconómicos son creaciones del hombre, que son perecederos y que, por tanto, deben reformarse cada cierto tiempo. De los gobiernos a la ciudadanía, nadie se suele mostrar propicio a reformar los sistemas que antes de que den muestras de agotamiento. Se pretuntan: ¿por qué reformar el modelo si hasta ahora ha funcionado con eficacia?
