Tot i la desaprovació del seu pare, un d'aquells senyors que associa el món de les arts amb el vici i la perversió, l'Hug aconseguirà una feina d'auxiliar de producció. Però el que projectem no sempre coincideix amb la realitat, de moment haurà de portar cafès al rodatge de pel·lícules de baix pressupost i haurà d'acceptar la noia dels ulls blaus i somriure encisador tindrà xicot.
