La col·lecció "Geografia literària" vol posar a l'abast d'un públic lector ampli una vasta antologia de paisatges i de textos vinculats al territori. S'hi recullen poemes, narracions, cartes, notes de dietari, escenes teatrals, cançons i breus cròniques periodístiques o de gènere assagístic. La fesomia del país, la història, les tradicions i els monuments hi apareixen interpretats pels nostres grans escriptors, amb el contrapunt atent de l'ull fotogràfic. És evident que els textos ajuden a copsar el país, però també és veritat que el territori pot ajudar a entendre l'obra d'alguns escriptors. Amb els volums de "Geografia literària" descobrirem, per tant, literatura i paisatge, trenats en una antologia que Llorenç Soldevila ha elaborat amb rigor i ambició.
