Amb l'aparició d'Ànima Civil 2000-2007, de JMa Uyà cal saludar el salt a l'arena literària d'un poeta que fins ara havia publicat al marge de les grans editorials, gairebé clandestinament. Ànima Civil 2000-2007 és el tercer lliurament d'una trilogia. Uyà alterna breus peces líriques amb poemes més filosòfics d'una agudesa verbal remarcable. El poeta expressa al llarg dels seus versos una aspiració: arribar a la nuesa de l'ànima, desfer-se de totes les crosses intel·lectuals i morals que encotillen la vida de les persones. Segons Uyà els poetes entomen el pes més gran, «el pes del no saber, el pes de la nostra claríssima/ Irrebatible falta de fe».
